THE VENUE

Private Club Venue for exclusive events in the heart of Florence. Base cost includes: exclusive use of the venue for 4 hours, event manager, legally required security staff, and bar staff.

Main Dancefloor

Capacity: 250 people
One Bar with two bartenders
Seating for up to 70 people
Smoking not allowed

Piano Bar

Capacity: 70 people
One Bar with one bartender
Seating for up to 30 people
Smoking allowed (if desired)

INCLUDED SERVICES
  • Exclusive use of the venue (4 hours)
  • You will be assigned an event manager who will assist you from the moment you book until the end of your event.
  • We are legally required to provide security staff based on the size of the venue and the number of people attending the event.
  • Staff: Based on the number of people attending we will staff the venue with bartenders, bar backs, and floor staff. 
EXTRA SERVICES

Some of our suggestions for extra services ae already listed in the booking form however if you have special requests we will do our utmost to satisfy them. In any case, we will be sending you an email to introduce ourselves, let you know who your event manager will be, and take the first steps towards planning your event.

AFTER BOOKING

We are available via call/whatsapp/email. If you have any questions or concerns, or you do not receive your booking confirmation please do not hesitate to get in touch.

AVAILABILITY
THE LOCATION
THINGS TO KNOW
  • We offer two time blocks, from 6pm to 10pm and from 11:30pm to 3:30am.
  • Guests are kindly asked to leave on time.
  • This venue is not suitable for, nor does it allow entrance to minors (under the age of 18 years).
  • Smoking is allowed in the Piano Bar but will be at your discretion.
  • No pets
  • No parties or events
CANCELLATION POLICY
Transaction fees and expenses equivalent to approximately 5% of the total booking cost are not refundable under any circumstances.
Free cancellation until two weeks before your event date. After that, cancel up until two days before and get a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the event start date and time.
