Services that are listed under the heading “Request a Quote” that are without a price will be sourced and quoted via email once your event is confirmed.

THE VENUE

Secret Garden with Urban Olive Grove in the Florence’s coolest district, San Frediano. The venue is disguised behind an apartment building and is completely private from the street. There is a covered kitchen and two bathrooms onsite. The base venue hire cost includes: exclusive use of the venue for 5 hours, and your event manager.

EXTRA SERVICES

Some of our suggestions for extra services ae already listed in the booking form however if you have special requests we will do our utmost to satisfy them. In any case, we will be sending you an email to introduce ourselves, let you know who your event manager will be, and take the first steps towards planning your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Transaction fees and expenses equivalent to approximately 5% of the total booking cost are not refundable under any circumstances.
 
Free cancellation until one month before your event date. After that, cancel up until one week before and get a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations requested within 6 days of the event start date and time.
