THE VENUE

Secret Garden with Urban Olive Grove in the Florence’s coolest district, San Frediano. The venue is disguised behind an apartment building and is completely private from the street. There is a covered kitchen and two bathrooms onsite. The base venue hire cost includes: exclusive use of the venue for 5 hours, and your event manager.

EXTRA SERVICES

Some of our suggestions for extra services ae already listed in the booking form however if you have special requests we will do our utmost to satisfy them. In any case, we will be sending you an email to introduce ourselves, let you know who your event manager will be, and take the first steps towards planning your event.

THE LOCATION
THINGS TO KNOW
  • We offer two time blocks, from 11am to 4pm (lunch) and from 5pm to 10pm (dinner).
  • Please note that if you are planning a casual wedding, we request that you book both time slots to allow plenty of time for preparation.
  • This venue is suitable for minors (under the age of 18 years), provided that they are accompanied by an adult.
  • The venue is located in a residential area. Guests may stay past 10pm but the music must be reduced to a background level, and there can be no loud dancing or singing.
  • Guests are kindly asked to leave on time. Only exception is for parties that have booked the venue for the entire day, they may extend their departure time to 11pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Transaction fees and expenses equivalent to approximately 5% of the total booking cost are not refundable under any circumstances.
 
Free cancellation until one month before your event date. After that, cancel up until one week before and get a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations requested within 6 days of the event start date and time.
